Manny has been part of the insurance industry for over four decades. He started as a claims adjuster in the early '80s in his homeland of Puerto Rico, where he eventually became an attorney and worked in multiple capacities in the Claims and Legal fields. In 2001 he became a partner at a new insurance brokerage firm, later spearheading its U.S.-based operations in 2008 in Miami, Fla.
Before starting his own agency, Manny spent 12 years in management positions for a national insurance brokerage firm and for one of the largest insurance agency networks in the U.S.
His passion has always been designing and implementing insurance programs for commercial operations. As an agent, part of his duties included managing insurance programs for financial institutions in Puerto Rico and the U.S., with a special focus on their executive liability programs. He specializes in setting up customized risk management programs with each client and, when necessary, assisting them with resolving complex claims.
In 2025 Manny decided to put his experience to work on behalf of his commercial clients, this time by founding his own insurance agency in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
